• Your WhatsApp profile name.

• The content of your messages.

4. Third-Party Services We use Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) and Make.com to process and route your messages. Your data is handled in accordance with Meta’s technical security standards. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Deletion & Your Rights You may request that we delete your chat history or contact information at any time. To do so, please message us “DELETE” on WhatsApp or email larissa@search-synergy.com. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.
