Who is this training for?
This training is for clinic or hospital admin teams including front desk, call center, WhatsApp/CS staff, and patient coordinators. Anyone who talks to patients before they see the doctor can (and should) join.
How is the training delivered?
We run the sessions online via Zoom/Google Meet. Each round includes a workshop to review your current communication, a training + roleplay session with admins, and a follow-up session to review results and refine scripts.
